Email from this domain
MCS sends email on behalf of the practice it serves. Every message is transactional — there are no newsletters, no marketing, and no mailing lists of any kind.

Recipients receive mail only because they have an active relationship with the practice. Every message carries a reply-to address at the clinic — replying reaches a person, and asks to stop are honoured immediately.
Privacy
What is collected
Patient and billing information, provided by the practice and by families at intake. This page itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
How it is used
To deliver and administer care and to bill for it. It is never sold, rented or shared for marketing.
Email addresses
Used only for the transactional messages above. An address that hard-bounces or reports a complaint is suppressed automatically and receives nothing further.
Health information
MCS operates as a business associate under HIPAA. Business Associate Agreements are in place with the providers that handle this data.
